Erindale - Public Street Improvements

The Construction Management Group of CO, LLC was hired to oversee the public street improvements. TCMG/CO provided cost estimating services which included adding deceleration lanes, turn lanes to widen the street, an entrance to a shopping center, and addition of spill ways. We also managed the project and verified quantities and budgets per the estimate to stay within budget.
