Dutch Bros. Coffee Shop - Lakewood

Dutch Bros finally arrived in the Denver area when they opened their first location in Lakewood. Known for their windmill logo with all blue coloring on their buildings, they decided to give their shops a bit of an updated look by adding a rich coffee brown contrast. The Construction Management Group of CO, LLC, were owners' representatives of this project and provided services such as cost estimating, value engineering studies, construction management services all the way up to and through the close out process.
