As an Assistant Construction Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, project budgeting and control. Assistant CM responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like - Project Planning, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration and Safety Management. Estimator responsibilities to include but not limited to, developing accurate and reliable estimates for various projects. Responsible for projects from conceptual design to final approved construction documents. Will work with our team to provide detailed cost information that allows for our clients to make timely, well informed decisions.
