Grow into estimating with a senior estimator.
TCMG is open to the right person who wants to learn cost estimating properly — mentored by someone who's done it for 30+ years. Not a formal opening; an invitation to start a conversation.
What this is
A chance to learn the craft from the ground up: quantity takeoff, CSI MasterFormat structure, pricing from real project experience, and the judgment that keeps an estimate within 5%. If you're serious about becoming a cost estimator and want to be mentored properly, introduce yourself.
